Here at MCC, we are committed to investing in our Middle School & High School students. Our Youth Ministry exists to provide a safe space for every student to experience Acceptance, Relationship, Intentionality, Spirituality, and Empowerment. We seek to foster discipleship through engaging programs and opportunities – Youth Small Groups, student worship, retreats, mission trips, serving and leadership opportunities, and much more. We strive to be a place where every student can come as they are and discover who God is for themselves to establish a relationship with God that impacts not only their own spiritual journey but every area of their lives. Our goal is to connect the passions of our youth with God’s passions to extend the radical love of God to our world.
Join us every Sunday morning at 9:50 a.m. for The Gathering, a youth-focused worship service, in the ARISE Youth Center.
On Sunday evenings, we offer Sunday Night Youth with dinner at 6 p.m. and Life Groups at 6:30 p.m.
YOUTH SUMMER BREAK
Our regular weekly Youth programming will take a break over the summer, but that doesn’t mean we won’t see you! Here’s how we’re keeping our Youth connected over the summer until KickOff in August:
Student Section – Join us every Sunday in the Student Section, a designated area in the sanctuary where we can all sit together during the 9:50 a.m. service, to continue to lean into community and the life of the church.
Second Sundays – On the Second Sunday of each month, we’ll offer a summer version of The Gathering in the Youth Center during the 9:50 a.m. service. Make sure you join us on June 9 and July 14… and then August 11 is Promotion Sunday kickoff for the new school year!
Third Thursdays – We’ve got something fun planned for the Third Thursday of the summer months. June 20 is a trip to Kings Island (see the event registration below for tickets) and July 18 is our Pool Party.
Summer Pop-Ups – AKA random opportunities to hang out, grab some ice cream, or get involved in outreach. Keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook for Summer Pop-Ups to pop up! First up: Pride Prep (June 2) and Pride Parade (June 15), check out the Events tab to sign up to join us!
